Marsh's National Oil Companies (NOC) conference is the landmark industry event that is specifically devoted to NOCs and addressing the risk issues and challenges that they face. The 2008 event will be held at the Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai, February 25-27, 2008.

The aim of the 2008 conference is to continue the dialogue started in 2007 among NOCs about the risk challenges they face. The conference also provides a forum to exchange ideas on vital industry issues such as operational, financial and strategic risk in NOC operations and how to unlock the "upside" of risk.
