An international conference resort chain decided to implement Marsh's Hospitality Risk Management programs at all of their locations. In doing so, the client distributed tailored Risk and Claims Management program manuals and customized new hire safety training packets for each department. The client also conducted specialized training in the required OSHA programs, as well as "Safety and the Supervisor" training classes for all resort supervisors.

Following the program implementation, injury frequency rates dropped, resulting in no insurance rate increases at renewal for the workers compensation program. At each of its locations, the client now has an industry-leading risk and safety program which will benefit it long into the future.
