Hotel Slashes Workers Comp Claims by 85 Percent
A hotel client with locations throughout the country was experiencing exorbitant workers compensation claims at one of their hotels, exceeding $2.1 million in claims costs in one policy year. Marsh's Hospitality Practice spent several days reviewing and analyzing the hotel's housekeeping methods.
