Risk analyst curriculum: It is a development program that integrates formal learning, on-the-job experiences, networking, recommended reading on industry topics and performance support.
Formal learning: Through the use of readings, virtual classes, and learning mediums, risk analysts will participate in learning activities regarding the technical information needed to perform a risk analyst role.
Peer mentor: This program is designed to increase risk analyst understanding of the Marsh organization, mission and vision in order to improve their assimilation into Marsh and their role and enhance and guide their overall career development.
Networking: Risk issue seminars, outside organizational involvement will increase the risk analysts' networking capabilities and expose them to senior leaders both within Marsh and in the industry overall.
