Our interview process is designed to help determine if a career with Marsh Inc. is right for you. Throughout the process, you'll have an opportunity to discuss your interests and experience, and find out more about the company and the positions for which we're hiring.
If you've visited our events calendar and found that we are planning to visit your campus, stop by our booth at your campus career fair. During this event, we will collect resumes and provide information and materials about Marsh.
Then to apply, see your Career Services Center to sign up for an interview. If we feel you may be a good candidate for a career at Marsh Inc., we will contact you to begin the interview process outlined below.
If we are not planning to visit your campus, please apply online and we will carefully review your resume. If we think your qualifications meet our requirements, we will contact you to schedule an interview.
Information Session
At this session, candidates will be presented with more information about the organization and the positions available as well as a realistic job preview. The information session is traditionally held the night before the on-campus Interview.
On-Campus Interview
This interview will be conducted as a one-on-one meeting with a Marsh representative. It will be a competency-based interview, containing a series of questions designed to elicit how you have handled specific situations in the past. At the end of the interview, the representative will confirm your interest in certain aspects of the position.
On-Site Session
If you are invited to the on-site session, you will visit a Marsh office location for further interviewing. There, you will participate in another, more comprehensive competency-based interview.
Hiring Decision
Upon successful completion of the on-site session, you will be recommended for a position with Marsh. We will then contact you to present an offer of employment.
